The Credit Card Gateway service is part of our integrated Reservations System. You can also use it on its own to process credit card transactions from your website. We provide interface programming and support.

The Red Road Telecom Credit Card Gateway is certified PCI Compliant. Our certification is renewed every 3 months by Security Metrics.

This interface gives you the administrative access to the Credit Card Gateway system. To log in to this interface you will need the user name and password assigned by Red Road Telecom.

Once you have logged in you have these options:

Get transaction history - specify how many days you want to go back, and you will see a list of all transactions for that period of time, including the transaction number, date, amount, and transaction type (sale, authorization, or refund).

Refund: with the transaction number, you can issue a full or partial refund. The system keeps track of all transactions linked to the same sale, and will not allow you to refund more than the original sale amount.

Get status: display all transactions associated with a given original transaction number.

Print status: produces a PDF showing all transactions associated with a given original transaction number.
